Nicolette Pizzitola is the Chief Executive Officer of Compass Point Associates, LLC, a global coaching and consulting firm, providing life, career, business and success coaching and services to individuals, executives, entrepreneurs and corporations worldwide.
With experience in public corporations, start up businesses, international non-profits and government agencies, Ms. Pizzitola is known for her insightful and creative coaching methods.
Over the past fifteen years Ms. Pizzitola has worked with Time Warner, HBO, the Health and Hospitals Corporation, The City of New York, The National Institutes for Health, The Centers
for Disease Control, The National Council for International Health, The Goddard Space Flight Center, Prudential, Stanton Crenshaw Public Relations, Field Fresh Farms and Motion Picture Placement.
Ms. Pizzitola is dedicated to guiding people toward vibrant lives defined by their own personal vision rather than the roles carved out by society, family, obligation or the past. Through her own personal exploration Ms. Pizzitola has learned that moving beyond comfort can open up new possibilities, present opportunities for learning and provide a greater understanding of underlying strength. A graduate of George Washington University and the internationally accredited coaching institute, Coach Inc., Ms. Pizzitola is also an accredited member of the International Coach Federation and a Ladies Who Launch workshop leader.
